Ingredients

1 lb ground beef or turkey

1 tablespoon taco seasoning

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup crushed tortilla chips

½ cup ranch dressing

½ cup diced tomatoes

¼ cup finely chopped red onion

¼ cup sliced black olives (optional)

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Small taco shells or tortilla cups

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Meat: In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef or turkey. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.

Season the Meat: Stir in the taco seasoning until well combined, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.

Prepare the Tortilla Cups: Arrange your small taco shells or tortilla cups on a baking sheet.

Assemble the Bites: Spoon a tablespoon of the cooked meat mixture into each taco shell. Top with a sprinkle of crushed tortilla chips, followed by shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Add Toppings: After removing from the oven, drizzle ranch dressing over each Taco Ranch Bite. Top with diced tomatoes, red onion, and black olives if desired.

Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle freshly chopped cilantro over the top for a pop of color and flavor.
