1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided

3 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon dried thyme

¼ cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Season the Steak: In a bowl, season the cubed steak with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and dried thyme. Toss to coat evenly.

    Sear the Steak: In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the steak bites in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.

      Make the Garlic Butter: In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.

        Prepare the Creamy Sauce: Reduce the heat to medium-low. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously. Allow it to heat through for about 1-2 minutes.

          Add Parmesan: Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth. If it's too thick, add a splash of water to reach desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

            Combine Steak and Sauce: Add the seared steak bites back into the skillet. Toss to coat the steak bites in the creamy Parmesan sauce, and cook for an additional minute to heat everything through.

              Serve: Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
