Ingredients

8 oz fettuccine pasta

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped

1 cup cooked crab meat, shredded

1 cup salmon fillet, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup of the pasta water.

Sauté Seafood: In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the Proteins: Add the lobster, crab, and salmon to the skillet. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning and sauté for 3-4 minutes until the seafood is heated through and the salmon is just cooked.

Make the Alfredo Sauce: Reduce heat to low in the skillet. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce mixture. Toss gently to coat the pasta in the Alfredo sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of reserved pasta water to achieve desired consistency.

Serve: Plate the Cajun Seafood Alfredo in bowls, garnishing each with chopped parsley.
