Ingredients

2 cups fresh or frozen peaches, sliced

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)

3/4 cup cold water

1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)

2 cups ice cubes

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Peaches: If using fresh peaches, wash, slice, and remove the pits. If using frozen, let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly.

Combine Ingredients: In a blender, combine the sliced peaches, freshly squeezed lemon juice, cold water, sugar, and ice cubes.

Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and slushy. If it’s too thick, you can add a little more cold water to reach your desired consistency.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if desired, blending until mixed.

Serve Immediately: Pour the frozen peach lemonade into tall glasses. If you prefer a thicker texture, you can freeze for an additional 10-15 minutes before serving.

Garnish: Optionally, garnish with fresh mint leaves for an extra pop of flavor and color.
