Ingredients
  

1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)

1 cup of granulated sugar

4 cups of cold water

1 cup of fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup of heavy cream

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Ice cubes

Lemon slices and strawberry slices for garnish

Instructions
 

In a medium bowl, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar. Whisk together until the sugar is fully dissolved.

    Add the cold water to the lemon juice mixture and stir until everything is well blended. Set aside.

      In a blender, add the sliced strawberries and blend until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve into the lemonade mixture to remove the seeds and pulp, resulting in a smooth pink lemonade. Stir to combine.

        In a separate mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Add the vanilla extract and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.

          To serve, fill a glass with ice cubes, pour the pink lemonade over the ice, leaving some space at the top.

            Spoon a generous dollop of the whipped cream on top of the lemonade, allowing it to float.

              Garnish with lemon slices and fresh strawberry slices on the rim of the glass.
