Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup brown sugar, packed

2 large eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup white chocolate chips

1 cup fresh raspberries (lightly crushed)

1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract, until well incorporated.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and crushed raspberries, being careful not to overmix to avoid breaking the raspberries too much.

Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the centers look slightly soft.

Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.

If desired, dust with powdered sugar before serving for an elegant touch.
