Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down. Generously brush the lemon garlic mixture over the top of each fillet.
Let the salmon marinate for about 15 minutes at room temperature to enhance the flavors.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Once cooked, remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley and lemon slices.
Serve immediately with your favorite side, such as steamed asparagus or a light salad.
